The shrank is then tossed in our signature homemade fragrant chili oil, striking a perfect balance between numbing heat and deep umami flavor.

Each slice is soft, bouncy, and collagen-rich, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that still holds a satisfying chew. Served cold or warm, this dish is perfect as a starter, side dish, or part of a festive platter like Poon Choi.

Cooking Instruction:
