Hog uterus : white marinade (bay leave,  white peppercorn, star anise, sand ginger, amomum, ginger, salt, water, soy sauce(water, soybeans, wheat (gluten), salt, sugar, edible alcohol, yeast extract) ; colour(S5507) ; lye water, spirit vinegar, salt, potato starch)

Cuttlefish :  white marinade (bay leave,  white peppercorn, star anise, sand ginger, amomum, ginger, salt, water, soy sauce(water, soybeans, wheat (gluten), salt, sugar, edible alcohol, yeast extract) ; colour(S5507)

Sweet sauce(ketchup(water, tomato, sugar, modified starch, spirit  vinegar, salt, colour(E120 & E150a) ;  sweet bean paste(water, wheat flour, soybean, salt, preservative(E202) ; plum sauce(sugar, plum, rice vinegar, water, potato starch, modified starch (E1442) ; garlic, acidity regulator(E330) ; colour(E160a))

Mustard(water, mustard flour, sugar, spirit vinegar, salt, wheat flour, turmeric powder, stabilizer) ;

Soy sauce(water, soybeans, wheat (gluten), salt, sugar, edible alcohol, yeast extract) ; spring onion, rock sugar, garlic oil)

Instruction:

Cold Dish, Defrost in a fridge for 12 hours or till it’s completely defrosted. Add all sauces or your preferred sauce(s) provided on lomei or on the side
