We never underestimate each step of the cooking process, even rice. We bought different types of rice and keep testing the texture before and after frost it. Finally found the right one that enable to maintain its quality even after defrosting and reheating the dish!

Ingredients:

Pork, rice, soy sauce(water, soybeans, wheat (gluten), salt, sugar, edible alcohol, yeast extract) ; shaoxing wine(water, rice, wheat (gluten), colour(plain caramel), salt) ; rock sugar, star anise, sichuan peppercorn, bay leaf, cinnamon, water

Allergens:

Gluten, soybean

Heating Instruction:

  1. Defrost in a fridge for 12 hours. Place the food in a microwave to heat up to 75°C                                                        (for a optimal quality, reheat 4 times and 2mins interval (total 8mins)
  2. Steam it thoroughly till 75°C
