Food Processing

Guru Kitchen (Ho's Kitchen) follows all food processing procedures that comply with the requirements of the UK Food Standards Agency. After cooking, all food is promptly cooled. After cooling, the food is vacuum-sealed and frozen. Upon receiving the food, please place it in the refrigerator freezer compartment as soon as possible. Before consumption, please fully thaw the food in the refrigerator and heat it to a core temperature of 75°C.

Food Delivery

Guru Kitchen (Ho's Kitchen) ensures that all products are in a frozen state when shipped. The food will be packed with frozen gel packs in a foam insulation box to maintain a low temperature. It will be delivered by a courier company within 24 hours.

Food Storage

Upon receiving the food, please store it in the refrigerator freezer compartment as soon as possible. All food from Guru Kitchen (Ho's Kitchen) does not contain preservatives, and it is recommended to consume it within one month of purchase.

Minimum Order Requirement

The minimum order requirement is £40 (excluding shipping fees). Free shipping is available for orders totaling £60 or more. Orders below £60 will incur a shipping fee of £8 per order. Free shipping is available for all orders in the Banbury OX15,16 and Bicester OX26 areas, subject to a minimum spend of £40.
